Instructions to check your application file online:
When the graduate admissions office receives your application, we will send you an email indicating that your file has been established in our computer database. This email will also contain a Lewis & Clark ID number. We will then send a separate email to you which will contain your password/PIN. Both your Lewis & Clark ID and password/PIN are needed to check your file status online using WebAdvisor.
IMPORTANT: The Lewis & Clark ID number is different from your login information for your CollegeNET online application.
There is a lowercase “LC” (lc) and a zero (not a capital “O”) at the beginning of your ID number, i.e. lc01234567
We have experienced issues with Chrome and Safari browser updates. We recommend Firefox when using WebAdvisor.
- Click the LOGIN button below. This will take you to WebAdvisor.
- Click on the Log In tab
- Enter your Lewis & Clark User ID and password/PIN.
- Click on Prospective Students
- You are now in the Prospective Students Menu page
- Under Communications click on My Documents.
You will see a list of items that are required for your program’s application and the status of those items.
IMPORTANT: You can only check your file status online if you have submitted an application and have received both of our emails with your Lewis & Clark ID number and password/PIN.
If you have misplaced your Lewis & Clark ID number and password, you can go online to find your Lewis & Clark user ID and reset your password/PIN online.
If you submitted your application at least two weeks ago and have not yet received your user ID or password, please contact the graduate admissions office at 503-768-6200 or email@example.com.

When the graduate admissions office receives your application, we will send you an email indicating that your file has been established in our computer database. You may use your current WebAdvisor ID and password to check your graduate program application file. Click on My Documents to see the status of your application file. Please contact the graduate admissions office at 503-768-6200 or firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions.
Remember that it takes several days for credentials to make it through the postal system, our mail room, and the sorting process in the admissions office before being entered in our computer system.
Please allow time between the date the credentials were mailed or submitted and the date you can expect it to appear in your online file. This is especially true right after our application deadlines when the volume of mail is at its highest.
