How to Order Your Transcript
Transcript requests must be in writing and include an authorizing signature per federal guidelines. Please complete the fillable PDF form below and submit it to the graduate registrar’s office by email, postal mail, fax, or in person. Students using email should send the form from their Lewis & Clark email address when possible. Please allow up to five business days for the transcript to be produced and mailed.
At this time, we are only able to send transcripts by postal mail. The only two institutions that we can currently send electronic transcripts to are TSPC (Teacher Standards and Practices Commission), and OBLPCT (Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists).
If you have recently completed your coursework, we suggest that you check WebAdvisor to ensure all grades are posted before ordering your transcript.
You will need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader to complete this form. Click here to download the appropriate version for your device. Use Adobe’s “Fill & Sign” Tool to create and insert a signature or print the form to sign by hand.
Graduate Transcript Request (fillable pdf)
Current students with an active WebAdvisor account can view the status of their transcript request by selecting the Transcript Request Status option on WebAdvisor.
Transcripts cost $5 each for the first two. Additional transcripts, when ordered at the same time, are $2 each. Electronic transcripts will follow the same fee guidelines:
- 1 transcript - $5
- 2 transcripts - $10
- 3 transcripts - $12
- 4 transcripts - $14
- 5 transcripts - $16
Current students can access unofficial transcripts in WebAdvisor under the “Academic Profile” heading. Unofficial transcripts are intended for advising purposes only and are not available to former students.
Undergraduate and Law School Request
If you also completed undergraduate coursework with Lewis & Clark College of Arts and Sciences, request those transcripts separately through the CAS Registrar’s Office. Information on ordering CAS transcripts can be found at https://college.lclark.edu/offices/registrar/transcripts/. Graduate school transcripts cannot be ordered through Parchment at this time.
If you completed law coursework with Lewis & Clark Law School, we will forward your request to the Law Registrar’s Office for official transcripts. The transcripts will be sent under separate cover at no additional fee.
Information on how to request notarized transcripts can be found here: Notarized Transcript/Diploma.
