How to Order Your Transcript
Due to Governor Brown’s recent Covid-19 guidelines, the Graduate Registrar’s Office will have limited in-person office hours until the new restrictions have been lifted. Transcript requests will only be physically or electronically mailed on Monday mornings (note: electronic transcripts are only for OBLPCT and TSPC). Please contact the Graduate Registrar’s Office for more information. Stay safe!
Transcript requests must be in writing (Federal guidelines require your written signature to release your academic information). Your request may be mailed, faxed, emailed, or brought to our office. It may take up to 5 business days before the transcript will be produced and mailed. If you have recently completed your coursework, we suggest that you check WebAdvisor to ensure all grades are posted before ordering your transcript. All scanned forms should be sent from a student’s Lewis & Clark email address when available and emailed to email@example.com.
At this time, we do NOT offer electronic transcripts, except for the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) and the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists (OBLPCT). Current students with active WebAdvisor accounts can view the status of their transcript requests by selecting the Transcript Request Status option on WebAdvisor

- Your name, address, and phone number (required)
- Social Security Number or L&C ID number(required)

The Registrar’s Office accepts payment in the form of cash, check (both personal and cashier’s), or by credit card (please see additional information below).
Please include credit card information for payment and we will forward this to the L&C Student Accounts Office. To pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only, please) include: credit card number, the name on the card, expiration date, 3-digit security code (located on the back of the card), amount to be charged, and your signature to authorize payment.
The Graduate School now offers unofficial transcripts. If you request an unofficial transcript from the Graduate Registrar’s Office, it must be in writing before we will process your request. It may only be picked-up in person by the student or mailed to the student’s address. Unofficial transcripts will not be released to a third party.
