Please note:  Current Lewis & Clark graduate students can complete any one of the forms below online, save it to their computer desktop, and send it as an attachment with an email to the Graduate Registrar’s office at gradreg@lclark.edu.  Forms sent electronically as attachments must be sent from the student’s Lewis & Clark email address.

You may complete and scan any form and email it to the Registrar’s Office.   All scanned  forms should be sent from a students Lewis & Clark email address when available and emailed to gradreg@lclark.edu.

An After Hours Drop Box is located on the 3rd floor of Rogers Hall. The box is on the hall wall outside the Registrar’s Office Room 303.
