Change Your Address / Phone Number

If you are a current student with the Graduate School, Special Projects or the Northwest Writing Institute, your address is updated when you submit your registration form. If you have moved since you registered or if you have not attended for a while and would like us to update your information, please email, mail or fax your new address/phone number to the addresses or fax number given below. The Graduate School Change of Address form is also available for printing and faxing or mailing.

If you would like to update your address/phone number with a specific program, include this in your request and we will forward your new information to them. If you received your master’s degree, you can update your information on the Web with the Alumni Relations Office or we can forward the information at your request.
