Enrollment Verification

An Enrollment Verification Form serves as documentation that a student is currently enrolled at the Graduate School as a full-time, half-time or part-time student. This form is frequently requested to prove enrollment for loan deferments, for employers, or for verifying student status to insurance companies. To request enrollment verification please submit an Enrollment Verification Request.

Verifications will not be done for future terms. Verifications for current students will be processed following the end of the Add/Drop Period of the current term.

Third Party Enrollment Verification Forms

Enrollment verification forms from a third party can be submitted in person, by fax, postal mail, or email. Enrollment Verifications will only be released back to the student unless the form includes a signed consent from the student authorizing the Graduate School to release information directly to a third party. National Student Clearinghouse

Outside agencies such as employers, credit card companies, travel companies, and consumer product companies can request enrollment verification directly through the National Student Clearinghouse.
