Graduate School iPad Mini—Student Request Form

iPad minis are available for graduate students who are unable to record video on their personal devices. The iPad minis will be loaned out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each kit will contain an iPad mini and a tripod mount and stand. To help facilitate requests, we ask that iPad mini requests be made at least 24 hours (1 business day) in advance.
