Media Services

The Graduate Media Services office is located in Rogers 214 and loans media equipment to faculty, staff, and students, by appointment. Equipment available for loan includes:

  • iPads (faculty/staff only) and iPad Minis (students only)
  • Videocameras and Tripods
  • Digital audio recorders
  • Presentation remotes
  • PC and Mac laptops (faculty/staff only)
COVID-19 Update

We are taking measures to ensure your safety during the loan process. If you are interested in borrowing equipment, please email gradloaner@lclark.edu for an appointment. Your email will be answered within one business day. Once an appointment has been scheduled and a pickup / return time designated, please be prepared to wear a facial mask and additional PPE that you may have, such as protective gloves. Our team will loan equipment that has been cleaned and charged. Upon return, please have equipment cleaned and fully charged, and check that test kits are complete.

Student Equipment Requests

For equipment requests, please email gradloaner@lclark.edu. In your email, please provide your name, LC ID #, the dates you will need the equipment and the date/time you expect to pick up the equipment. You should receive an email confirming your reservation and pick up time within 24 hours. 

Hours of Operation

Media Services remote hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. During the Fall 2020 term, walk-in hours are on hiatus. Recommended equipment pick up and return hours are by appointment, Monday-Wednesday between 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Alternate hours may be scheduled in advance.

Late or Damaged Equipment

Equipment not returned to Rogers 214 within 24 hours of the specified return date is considered late. Failure to return equipment on time will result in a $10 per item late fee charged to your student account. Keep your account in good standing by emailing us with any schedule changes or equipment concerns.
