The Graduate Media Services office is located in Rogers 214 and loans media equipment to faculty, staff, and students. Equipment available for loan includes:
- iPads (faculty/staff only) and iPad Minis (students only)
- Videocameras and Tripods
- Digital audio recorders
- Presentation remotes
- PC and Mac laptops (faculty/staff only)
Thank you for your flexibility with return dates during campus closures. We are offering updated return dates, by appointment. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for an appointment. Please return video equipment cleaned and fully charged, and check that test kits are complete. We appreciate your cooperation in wearing protective mask and gloves, if possible.

Student Equipment Requests
For equipment requests, please email email@example.com. In your email, please provide your name, LC ID #, the dates you will need the equipment and the date/time you expect to pick up the equipment. You should receive an email confirming your reservation and pick up time within 24 hours.
Hours of Operation
Media Services is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. Recommended equipment pick up and return hours are between 2:00pm - 4:00pm.
Late or Damaged Equipment
Equipment not returned to Rogers 214 within 24 hours of the specified return date is considered late. Failure to return equipment on time will result in a $10 per item late fee charged to your student account. Keep your account in good standing by emailing us with any schedule changes or equipment concerns.
