We welcome submissions of opportunities, announcements, events, and more. Please follow the steps below to contribute information for the website for graduate students at Lewis & Clark.

If you are a staff or faculty member, or a student with a LiveWhale account ▸

If you are a student or faculty or staff member without LiveWhale access 

  1. Go to the Current Students site. 
  2. Determine if your submission is an announcement (e.g., an update on campus services or office hours, a job posting, or volunteer opportunity) or an event (something with a start and end time)
  3. For announcements  fill out the form here: Submit Announcement
  4. For events:  fill out the form here: Submit Event
  5. When you hit submit or send your email, your entry will go into moderation. A member of the graduate school staff will review your submission and either post it or get in touch for more information.
  6. All submissions sent by 5 pm on Friday will be added by Monday morning and considered for the weekly promotional email to all graduate students.

If you are a member of the public ▸

If you are not affiliated with the Lewis & Clark community but would like to share news or events with graduate students, please email the Graduate Registrar ( We will help determine whether your content is appropriate for the Current Students website or other Lewis & Clark communication channels.
