Graduate Line-up—STAMM DINING HALL, Templeton Campus Center

Rain or no rain, graduates will report to Stamm Dining Hall in Fowler Student Center prior to the ceremony. Ponchos will be provided if it is raining. Once graduates reach Pamplin Sports Center, ushers will be on hand to take the ponchos before graduates enter the main arena.

Platform Party Line-up—ARMSTRONG LOUNGE FOYER, Manor House

Rain or no rain, the platform party will gather in the Armstrong Lounge Foyer of the Manor House prior to the ceremony. Umbrellas will be provided; ushers will be on hand at the Pamplin Sports Center to take the umbrellas prior to platform party members entering the main arena.

Faculty Line-up—GREGG PAVILION

Rain or no rain, faculty will report to Gregg Pavilion prior to the ceremony. Ponchos will be provided if it is raining. Once faculty reach Pamplin Sports Center, ushers will be on hand to take the ponchos before faculty enter the main arena.

After-Reception—GRADUATE CAMPUS

In case of rain, the after-reception will remain on the Graduate Campus; however, indoor space will be made available in the South Chapel, York Commons, and York classrooms for all to enjoy their food. 

• Parking inside Gate 7 on the Graduate Campus is reserved for those who have requested mobility accommodations (West Parking Loop), the food trucks for the reception, and graduate school faculty and staff participating in the event (East Parking Loop).
