Important news for MAT candidates: Oregon is now using SchoolSpring for job applications
Oregon’s school districts will begin using Oregon SchoolSpring (formerly EdZapp) to:
- search for candidate profiles
- post vacancies for certificated or licensed positions
Oregon’s school districts announce that they will begin using Oregon SchoolSpring (formerly EdZapp) to search for candidate profiles and post vacancies for certificated or licensed positions. If you will be applying for K-12 positions in Oregon, districts have requested that you complete your Oregon SchoolSpring candidate profile prior to the April 7 Oregon Professional Educator Fair.
As you create your profile and continue to search for positions, please remember that school districts will require information in addition to the SchoolSpring profile to complete your applications and school district HR and employment websites will remain the most accurate source of information about current position vacancies (some school district sites will direct you to their posts on SchoolSpring). And lastly that school districts from around the nation will be able to search for your candidate profile.
Prior to creating your profile, SchoolSpring encourages you to sign up for their webinars and to review the FAQ on their website for additional information: http://marketing.netchemia.com/Edzapp-Transition-Candidate.html
