Gender Diversity in the Workplace: Fostering Productivity Through Equity
The workplace is where many people spend up to one third of their day, and while at work both employees and employers want (or expect) those hours to be spent productively.
This training, of value to administrators, supervisors, staff and employees, explores the ways in which inclusive and affirming workplaces are known to be both more productive and encouraging of employee and leadership achievement.
We will cover federal and state laws and statutes related to transgender and gender diverse equity and inclusion. This workshop provides evidence-based information about natural human gender diversity and guidance on policy development and implementation. This training is for those who look toward ways to create a more inclusive and affirming workplace staff and all employees.
TransActive Gender Project is located in South Chapel Annex on the Graduate Campus.
