“My time at Lewis & Clark in the Animal Law LLM program and the opportunities for developing relationships and my professional network were invaluable. It was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had in my life! Currently, I am researching Japanese animal cruelty enforcement issues for a comparative analysis between the US, particularly in Oregon and California. I will also be a guest researcher at Frankfurt University later this year.”

Moe’s “The EU as World Leader in Animal Welfare: Laboratory Animal Law in the EU and Asia” received first prize for research presentation at the 2016 European Union Studies Centres in Asia-Pacific Graduate Students Research Workshop.
