The Charles Richard Anderson Scholarship for Farmed Animal Protection

The Charles Richard Anderson Scholarship for Farmed Animal Protection was created to support Animal Law MSL students at Lewis & Clark Law School. Generously funded by Charles Anderson and Pamela Gross, this scholarship reflects their deep commitment to the protection of farmed animals and continued support for the Center for Animal Law Studies.

This scholarship provides a $10,000 scholarship toward tuition for an incoming Animal Law MSL student, either online or in-person, who demonstrates both academic excellence and a passion for advocating on behalf of farmed animals. The scholarship is for applicants with a background in journalism or digital content creation, as Charles and Pamela believe in the power of storytelling to raise awareness and inspire change. This scholarship is designed to empower students who are committed to exposing the inhumane practices of industrial agriculture and advancing animal protection through the law.
