A win for water quality in Washington state
The EPA is in the process of re-establishing water quality standards for Washington state.

These standards were rolled back during the Trump administration. Earthrise participated in one of the two cases that provided the impetus for the EPA to make a decision to re-implement federal standards. The EPA rule sets 141 human health criteria for 72 pollutants in Washington waters. To find out more read the story here.
