New Title IX and Harassment Prevention Training
New Lewis & Clark sexual harassment and Title IX training modules have been developed and sent to employees by email. A new training provider, GetInclusive, was selected through a multi-office collaboration of Human Resources, Equity and Inclusion, General Counsel, and others.
“Respect for each other and for the protections offered by laws such as Title IX is a part of our employee culture at Lewis & Clark,” Chief of Staff David Reese said. “While these can be uncomfortable topics, it’s important that all employees take the time to understand the laws and their responsibilities in relation to them.”
On June 9, employees were sent an email from GetInclusive with an invitation to participate in the online training. The message came from the email address support@lms.getinclusive.com, with a sender of M Cook. If you did not receive this message, please contact Matt Cook, HR generalist and benefits manager, at mcook@lclark.edu.
Be prepared to spend an hour or more on the training, which includes two modules: one about Title IX, and one about sexual harassment prevention.
