COMPUTER SCIENCE PROFESSOR HONORED FOR LUXURIANT FLOWING HAIR
Peter Drake, Associate Professor of Computer Science, has been inducted into the Luxuriant Flowing Hair Club for Scientists.
The LFHCfS is the brainchild of Marc Abrahams, who runs the Improbable Research blog, emphasizing “research that makes people laugh and then think”. This organization publishes the Annals of Improbable Research, a parody scientific journal directly descended from the Journal of Irreproducible Results. They are also responsible for the annual Ig Nobel Prizes.
Dr. Drake’s hair has grown even more luxurious since the photo in the announcement.
