Earthrise Alumni Convince Court to Vacate Trump Administration’s Clean Water Act Regulations

Last week, Earthrise alumni Sangye Ince-Johannsen and Andrew Hawley of Western Environmental Law Center convinced a federal district court in the Northern District of California to vacate the Trump administration’s Clean Water Act 401 regulations, which had taken away critical protections for water quality.
