David Boyer (’12)

David Boyer is a partner at Dunn Carney LLP, focusing on Real Estate and Business transactions.

David works with individuals and commercial businesses to obtain favorable agreements in complex residential, commercial and industrial transactions. He draws on his experience representing institutional lenders – including multi-national banks, credit unions and loan servicers – to help clients identify issues and navigate financing in acquisitions, transfers, refinancing and investment strategies.

David has steered numerous complex real estate matters in sticky public and political environments to earn winning resolutions for his clients. He brings a practiced eye to advising landowners on strategic positioning in sales, permitting, financing and commercial and residential disputes.

Outside the office, David enjoys playing futsal (Brazilian style soccer) with his two kids and wife, biking throughout the Northwest, and making time to cook elaborate meals for his friends and family.
