My undergraduate GPA is less than the 2.75 minimum GPA requirement. Can I still apply?

If your GPA is less than 2.75, we encourage you to contact the Graduate Admissions office before submitting an application. We can advise you whether or not now is the time to apply or will you need to take additional classes to indicate your academic readiness for graduate work. If it is determined you can apply, you will need to include a statement of explanation regarding your academic performance with your application. We also recommend that you contact your program of interest to discuss if there are ways to strengthen your application.
