Editing Project Opportunity

The Graduate Art Therapy Program has two editing/video support positions available. This is a unique opportunity to assist the Art Therapy Program in developing two instructional videos while supporting Free Arts NW, a local community nonprofit, in providing a youth film camp over Spring Break 2020.

Video Editor/Support Position -$300/project

  • Minimum 24 hours
    • 16 hours onsite; assisting youth production teams with editing support; working closely with the art therapy training video team; East Portland location; March 25th and 26th from 9 am to 4 pm
    • 8 hours offsite; independent editing; working collaboratively with Art Therapy Program Director
  • Final film must meet professional standards and expectations of the Art Therapy Program Director
  • Work samples required
  • Able to work independently while responding well to direction and oversight
  • Preferred experience working with youth
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Premiere or Final Cut
  • Have own laptop and editing software
  • Team player
  • Commitment to social justice
