“Environmental Law Under Trump” symposium sparks discussion with large audience

Lewis & Clark Law School’s “Environmental Law Under Trump” symposium brought together academics, practitioners, concerned citizens, and students to discuss the impact of the administration on law related to Public Lands, Pollution, Climate & Air, and Biodiversity. The presentations and papers sparked a lively discussion with the large audience and led to a list of “action items” for follow-up.

Lewis & Clark Law School’s “Environmental Law Under Trump” symposium brought together academics, practitioners, concerned citizens, and students to discuss the impact of the administration on laws related to Public Lands, Pollution, Climate & Air, and Biodiversity. The presentations and papers sparked a lively discussion with the large audience and led to a list of “action items” for follow-up.

The symposium panels included both law professors from around the country and practitioners. Many of the professors wrote articles that will be published in the summer edition of the law school’s highly regarded Environmental Law journal.
