Yoga Nidra Classes Offered Spring Term

During the practice of yoga nidra, the body may be very relaxed and awareness is internalized, yet the mind remains awake and listening to instructions. Muscular, emotional, and mental tensions have been known to be progressively released through the regular practice of yoga nidra. To register, sign up at the link below. The class is open to all LC students, and will be closed after the first week.
