Youth Villages offers undergraduate and graduate students in social work, psychology or related fields an internship experience that is challenging, relevant to your studies and future career – and a lot of fun. Interns work alongside Youth Villages’ professional staff to make a difference in the lives of seriously troubled children. Most interns work on our residential campuses or group homes in Memphis or Nashville, but internships are also available in our other programs and locations around the country.

During the summer, internships are 40 hours a week for 10 weeks and are paid.

The Summer Intern Program applications deadlines are Nov. 1 and Feb. 1.
