United Way of the Columbia-Willamette is seeking a Data and Field Services Specialist to support and help to advance United Way’s mission of breaking the cycle of childhood poverty in our region by providing the quality information needed to expand United Way’s relationships with major donors and corporate partners.
Key responsibilities: data stewardship, moves management support, individual and corporate prospect research, data management support, pledge processing support, inquiry resolution, and field material preparation and support.
Qualifications: 3+ years related experience; BA degree; or a comparable combination of experience and education. Project management experience a plus. Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel essential. Advanced proficiency with customer relationship management systems and electronic giving platforms preferred. Hiring Range of $33,047 to $39,656, DOE.
