Participants are invited to reflect on their process or share their witness with the group at the end of the session.\n\n Many have found that engaging in this process helps explore oneself\, connect with others and better understand the importance of dialoguing with the creative unknown. Additionally\, many find an understanding of art therapy or a way to relieve stress. \nStudio Process Sessions are free and open to the public. All materials are provided and no previous experience with making art is necessary.
