In this eng aging and active workshop we will learn about and play with the IPNB "len s" by applying basic concepts and principles of IPNB to current popular t herapy models and to the exploration of presence\, relational resonance\, and creatively customizing interventions. Whether you are just learning about IPNB\, or familiar with the framework\, you will have an opportuni ty to reflect on your therapeutic approaches and experiences\, and see ho w the lens of IPNB can illuminate and enhance your ways of being with you r clients\, and your tools for changing minds and brains. Learning obj ectives: Describe the core interpersonal neurobiology principles of heal th and integration\, and apply them to psychotherapy. Explore three qu alities of the mind that increase resilience and everyday exercises that strengthen them. Consider and apply pivotal neuroscience findings to t he process of facilitating change. Experience and learn the keys to ut ilizing the power of relationship for growth and healing. Use the lens of IPNB to develop a "trinocular" description of a therapeutic model or method currently being used\, or of a specific client and their treatment process and plan. Prepare to naturally weave talk about brain change& #160\;and mind development into therapeutic conversations with clients.
