[Online] Power, Purpose, and Presence: A Leadership Institute for Women

Date: September 24 Location: Online

Online

Join us for a virtual institute designed for women of all ages, backgrounds, and roles who wish to come together to explore leadership as it applies to our lives, our work, and the way we carry ourselves in the world. This institute was developed with the intention of creating a safe and welcoming space allowing for challenging conversation, empathetic listening, individual and collective learning, and growth.

Two virtual retreats will provide an opportunity for in-depth self-reflection, skill-building, group sharing, and exploration of selected leadership topics. Between virtual retreat sessions, attendees will maintain a dialogue by participating in interactive webinars, assigned readings, and reflection activities. All programming is aligned with Center for Courage & Renewal principles and practices.

We invite you to take this opportunity to reconnect with your true self, recognize your gifts and strengths, and embrace your questions and challenges. We hope participants exit the experience empowered to create the life they aspire to, with a newly developed support network to help along the way.

Our time together will address the key themes of:

  • Presence, Authenticity and Mindfulness
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Trauma Informed Leadership
  • Communication, Courage and Productive Conflict
  • Negotiation, Power and Influence
  • Resilience and Well-being
  • Creating Our Own Pathway
  • Accountability and Peer Coaching
