Online course schedule / class roster
Please let the Registrar’s Office know of any discrepancies with your class roster soon as possible. It is important to review your roster during the first class meeting. Please inform any student that doesn’t appear on the roster that they are not registered and should contact the Registrar’s Office immediately.
A virtual drive with one gigabyte of storage is available from Webdisk.
Information Technology (IT) staff is available to assist you in setting up your email account, set out-of-office messages, change passwords, forward emails, and schedule computer training classes. IT Service Desk: email@example.com, x7225. IT staff are also available in Rogers Hall (x6195).
Faculty mailboxes are located in the workroom on your department’s floor in Rogers Hall. Outgoing mail is picked up from workrooms daily at 2 p.m. Mail is delivered to the graduate school once a day by Mail Services.
Transportation and Parking
The Transportation Office requires that all faculty and staff register vehicles with the school. From September through April, the college has a parking fee for those parking prior to 7:00 p.m. on weekdays. Parking Permits can be purchased online, or HR staff can provide you with a form to have a monthly charge withdrawn from your pay on a pre-tax basis.
Graduate School Administrative Services
Support for the everyday operation of the graduate school for everything from travel reimbursements to facilities requests (door keys, phones, furniture, and other physical plant matters).
