Community Counseling Center

Mental Health Counseling

We provide comprehensive mental health counseling services for individuals, couples, families, and/or groups with diverse needs and life challenges. Our services are outpatient in nature. Our counselors typically see clients on a once per week basis and meet for 50 minute sessions. 

Services are designed to help clients challenged by a range of circumstances and contexts including:

  • depression
  • anxiety
  • stress
  • trauma
  • gender identity
  • sexuality
  • relationship discord
  • social injustice
  • work site disruption
  • grief/loss
  • career issues
  • eating and body image concerns
  • unanticipated life events.
