Restricted School Counselor License Instructions
Applying to the Oregon TSPC for a Restricted School Counselor License
TSPC Changes Application Process for the Restricted School Counselor License (July 1, 2019)
Effective immediately, TSPC has changed the application process for the Restricted School Counselor License (RSCL). Applicants will now work directly with their employing school district to sponsor their application for the license. For candidates enrolled in Oregon’s school counselor license programs, a recommendation for the RSCL is no longer required. (The Request for Oregon License Recommendation or ROLR form is no longer required.)
