Restricted School Counselor License Instructions
Applying to the Oregon TSPC for a Restricted School Counselor License
Applicants will work directly with their employing school district to sponsor their application for the Oregon Restricted School Counselor License.

Program Enrollment: To verify program enrollment, upload a copy of your admission letter to Lewis & Clark’s school counseling program into your TSPC eLicensing application.
- You can locate your admission letter on your Lewis & Clark graduate application status page. (You will need to use the same email and password (often a personal email address) that was used at the time you created your application.)
- Contact the Graduate Admissions office to request a copy of your admission letter if you are unable to login to your account.
- Official Lewis & Clark Transcripts: If you are required to send your official L&C graduate school transcripts to TSPC, you will find the request form linked here.
