Core
Courses
Core courses are designed to complement and strengthen departmental curricula. They encourage reflection on the graduate school’s core values and ways to carry these values into our lives as educators and counselors.
Every student in a full-time master’s degree program must complete 2 semester hours of Core courses during their study at Lewis & Clark.
How to view and register for Core courses
You can view the program of study for Core in the current catalog.
You may view a list of courses being offered in Spring 2012 and Summer 2012 (PDF).
At any time, you can see a schedule of current Core courses and register using Web Advisor. Once in Web Advisor, simply click on “Prospective Students,” then “Search for Sections”. Then select the semester you would like to search, and under “Subjects,” select “Core” from the menu. You may click on a course to see its description.
