Integrating the Internet into the Classroom
Date: January 7 2013 - January 25 2013 Location: Online
Join educators from across the globe in a cross-cultural exploration of how Web-based resources can expand learning. Use Web sites and an online discussion forum to learn both the pedagogical principles and the practical skills needed to successfully integrate Internet resources into the classroom.
This course includes a survey of the best Web sites to support ESL/EFL teaching. It also includes hands-on activities to improve participants’ searching, evaluation and materials creation skills. Integrating the Internet is designed for classroom teachers with limited experience in using Web resources in the classroom.
