Courage to Lead® Program for Oregon Superintendents

The Courage to Lead® Program for Oregon Superintendents is a personal and professional renewal opportunity that meets in a retreat setting. It offers superintendents the time and space to reflect on the complex, challenging, and changing dimensions of their leadership experiences. 

The Courage to Lead Program is designed to help move beyond the “what” and “how” questions of leadership, to the “who” questions. It is rooted in the belief that effective leadership flows from the identity and integrity of the person, and offers participants the opportunity to connect with colleagues who understand the importance and complexity of their lives as educational leaders.

Retreat Details

Date Thursday-Saturday, January 10-12, 2013

Time Thursday, 6 p.m.-Saturday, noon

Location Menucha Retreat and Conference Center, 38711 East Historic Columbia River Hwy, Corbett, OR

Cost $490 (includes retreat, double occupancy room and board)

$100 deposit reserves your space. 

Scholarships (50% of retreat cost) for rural superintendents available.
