Courage to Lead® Program for Educational Administrators
Date: January 3 2013 - January 5 2013 Location: Menucha Retreat and Conference Center, 38711 E Historic Columbia River Hwy, Corbett, OR
The Courage to Lead® Program for educational administrators is a personal and professional renewal program that meets in a retreat setting. The program offers school leaders the time and space to reflect on the complex, challenging, and changing dimensions of their leadership experiences.
The Courage to Lead Program is designed to help leaders move beyond the “what” and “how” questions of leadership, to the “who” questions. It is rooted in the belief that effective leadership flows from the identity and integrity of the person. The program offers participants the opportunity to connect with colleagues who understand the importance and complexity of their lives as school leaders. The level of support from colleagues is often mentioned by past participants as an important factor in the ways in which they are able to bring a new level of insight and energy to their work.
Continuing Administrative License credit is available.
