Special PrISM Student Status Registration Application Instructions
With Special PrISM Student status, individuals may take degree-applicable credit prior to formal admission to the Graduate School of Education and Counseling. NOTE: Registration Application for Special PrISM Student Status is not an application for a degree or license program. The status of Special PrISM Student does not guarantee admission to a Lewis & Clark degree or license program. Please refer to each department's individual admissions policies.
Application materials submitted for Special PrISM Student status may be used again for formal admission to degree programs. Additional materials are required for formal admission.
Students currently admitted to a Lewis & Clark degree or license program may take PrISM courses and are required to submit the Special Student PrISM Registration Application form below.
Each term students requesting enrollment in a PrISM course(s) must submit the Special PrISM Student Registration Application prior to the last week of the term in which the course(s) are offered and already be admitted to PrISM Oregon to qualify. You will find the Special PrISM Student Registration Application located in the right-hand column of this page.
