1. How to log in to WebAdvisor

Go to the WebAdvisor menu at the Main Entry Page or if you are using your own computer, you may wish to bookmark this page.

From the Main Menu, click on the “Log In” tab in the top righthand corner of the WebAdvisor page. Select one menu item to view. You will immediately be asked to “log in”. Use the log-in and password you use to access your Lewis & Clark e-mail: In the User Name box, type in your Lewis & Clark e-mail user ID (do not include “@lclark.edu”). In the Password box, type in your Lewis & Clark e-mail password.

Have you forgotten your Lewis & Clark email password? Prepare a new one at Password Reset at Information Technology’s Account Management site.

 2. To access your current schedule:

  • Go to “Menu.”
  • Go to “Schedule” (Log In).
  • Select your current term.
  • Submit.
  • You should now see your schedule.
  • Go back to the Menu (or Log Out).

 3. To access your grades:

  • Go to “Menu.”
  • Go to “Grades” (Log In).
  • Check the semester you are interested in. You cannot view more than one semester’s grades at a time. You cannot view grades in the current semester.
  • Submit.
  • You should now see your grades.
  • Go back to the Menu (or Log Out).

 4. To access your transcript:

  • Go to “Menu.”
  • Go to “Transcript” (Log In).
  • Select “Graduate Semester System”.
  • Submit.
  • You should now see your transcript.
  • Go back to the Menu (or Log Out).

 5. To view your class schedule:

  • Go to “Menu.”
  • Go to “Search for Sections” (Log In).
  • Select Academic Level for Graduate School.
  • Select the proper Graduate School term.
  • Submit.
  • You should now see the classes that meet your selection criteria.
  • You may now link into course description information.
  • Go back to the Menu (or Log Out).

 6. To register for classes:

  • Go to “Menu.”
  • Go to “Register for Sections” (Log In).
  • “Search and Register” will show available sections and course number information - it will also allow you to narrow your search.
  • “Express Registration” is a quick way of entering registration if you know the course numbers.
  • Select the courses you wish to be take.
  • Once you have selected classes, you will have a listing of preferred classes in the registration screen.
  • Select the register option
  • Submit
  • You should now see what sections you are registered to take.
  • Go back to the Menu (or Log Out).
  • Choose the type of registration process you prefer.
  • See Registration Instructions and Priority Planning for registration guidelines.

 7. To drop classes:

  • Go to “Menu.”
  • Go to “Drop Sections” (Log In).
  • Select the sections you wish to drop.
  • Submit.
  • You should now see a confirmation of your transaction
  • Go back to the Menu (or Log Out).

 8. To keep your records secure:

  • You should never give your e-mail user ID or password to another person.
  • You should always log out of WebAdvisor. When using a student computer lab, you should also log off of the machine as well.
  • You should not save your pin (password) on any machine that might possibly be accessed by another person.
  • E-mail user ID’s and/or passwords will not be issued over the phone.

You are responsible for the privacy of your records. When you print in a lab, your name will print on your record. Since others may be printing their own records, please watch closely and be sure it is your record that you take from the printer.
