Professor Kasi Allen publishes new article on tablet usage in mathematics classrooms

Professor Kasi Allen recently had an article published in The Oregon Mathematics Teacher, titled “Tablets in the High School Mathematics Classroom,” with former student Meredith Wood MAT ’13, who is currently a second year teacher at Inza Wood Middle School in West Linn-Wilsonville.
Allen’s research involves studying efforts to improve secondary mathematics education, from better understanding issues of equity to identifying and implementing best practices in the teaching of mathematics.
