Courage to Lead Sampler Weekend

  • News Image

The Courage to Lead Program for school administrators (Principals, Assistant Principals, and other administrators) is a personal and professional renewal program that meets in a retreat setting. The program offers school leaders time and space to reflect on the complex, challenging, and changing dimensions of their leadership experiences.

The Courage to Lead Program for school administrators is designed to help leaders move beyond the “what” and “how” questions of leadership, to the “who” questions. It is rooted in the belief that effective leadership flows from the identitity and integrity of the person. This program offers participants the opportunity to connect with colleagues who understand the importance and complexity of their lives as school leaders. Past participants often mention the support from colleagues is an important factor in the ways in which they are able to bring a new level of insight and energy to their work.

This Sampler Weekend is an opportunity to find out more before committing to a program retreat cycle. The next cycle is being planned for fall 2012.
