The aim is to provide educational an d learning experiences that support the development of intercultural sens itivity and racial identity. Leonard will be one of the night's featured presenters. Currently an educational administrator in Portland Public Schools\, Leonard has previ ously taught and supervised at all levels in elementary and secondary edu cation. She has a longstanding history in working on matters related to m ulticultural education and civil rights issues. As a member of the Allied Services Team\, she is in charge of the Multicultural/Multiethnic Educat ion Office and works closely with the ESL/Bilingual Program as well as th e Indian Education Project.
