Introduction to Pranayama: Building Energy

Once begun, the sessions will be closed to new students.  Pranayama is often referred to as yogic breathing, but in fact involves the extension or expansion of vital energy (prana), as the breath is used to influence the prana.  Practiced regularly, pranayama can help us to have more energy.  We will also meditate briefly at the end of classes.  Please sign up to let us know you will be joining us at:
