The Center for Animal Law Studies is proud to host Lewis and Clark’s first Interdisciplinary Human-Animal Studies Conference. This premier event will launch an ongoing human-animal studies collaboration between Lewis & Clark’s Law School, Graduate School of Education and Counseling, and Undergraduate campus and provide both faculty members and students an opportunity to become more involved in this rapidly growing field of research.

Featuring five diverse panels of faculty members who will discuss how animals have and continue to impact the human experience, this event promises to inspire anyone with an interest in the fascinating relationship between human kind and the rest of the animal kingdom.

Join Drs. Thomas Doherty and Pilar Hernandez-Wolfe from 9:45-10:45 a.m. for a panel discussion on psychology and counseling related to the overall conference topic.
