I found comfort and resolution in this article "Political Paralysis".  I do sometimes feel that the problems we have created on our planet are so staggering that what little I can do can hardly make a difference.  But making a difference in even the smallest way has always been   important in my work.  It's true, most of us, certainly not I, will never be a shaker and mover who will effect the kind of change that rattles the windows of the world.  So I must content myself with posing this question each night before I sleep: what have you done today to make your small corner of the world a better place for someone? The answer, whatever it may be, helps keep the paralysis at bay.
