Licensure-Only Concentration in Addiction Studies

Students with a master's degree in a related field may qualify for admission into the licensure-only concentration for addiction studies. Transcripts of previous graduate work are evaluated by a faculty committee to determine the amount and kind of credit a student receives toward the requirements of the Lewis & Clark College concentration in addictions.

Initial License Only in School Psychology

Students with a master's degree in a related field may qualify for admission into the initial license only concentration in school psychology. Transcripts of previous graduate work are evaluated by a faculty committee to determine the amount and kind of credit a student receives toward the requirements of the Lewis & Clark College concentration in school psychology.

Continuing License in School Psychology

School Psychologists who have received the Initial License with the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) of Oregon have six years in which to complete continuing education toward their Continuing License. Lewis & Clark's School Psychology program offers an 11 semester hour series, approved by TSPC, which may be completed over three to six years with no more than one two-hour course per semester.

As of March 13, 1998, Oregon holds a reciprocal agreement with 24 jurisdictions that covers school psychologists:
