Dr. McDowell and Dr. Hernandez-Wolfe traveled to Colombia over Spring Break to develop international collaborations to expand the new International Family Therapy track. -
The Oregon Association for Marriage and Family Therapy recently published two articles by MCFT students at Lewis & Clark.

As the field matures, the number of marriage and family therapists has surged. And demand is expected to increase in the future, with employment in this profession rising 14 percent from 2008 to 2018.

Counseling Psychology students have published an article in the Journal of Feminist Family Therapy about a training tool that helps family therapists understand the impact of social, political, and economic systems on individual and family life. -
The L&C MCFT Program has been accredited by the Commission for Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
