Community Engagement
The Center for Equitable and Effective Leadership (CEEL) is a network of diverse professional development leaders whose mission is to improve educational outcomes for all students by addressing systemic issues of educational inequity, implementing effective collaborative practices in schools, and creating culturally responsive and adaptive leadership.
- Is your school district talking about equity but nothing seems to change?
- Are you looking for ways to increase productivity in staff and team meetings?
- Is there a disconnect between the work you’re doing around equity and all other initiatives in your school?
CEEL is committed to collaborating with educators, organizations and communities across Oregon to collectively meet the needs of Oregon’s children through strong, effective, and equity-focused leadership.
